Can someone help me with figuring out the lead part on the electric guitar and the little guitar solo that occurs around 2:40 mark....

The solo sounds like straight octaves to me. I can tab it out tomorrow maybe or something when it's not so early....lol.

Yeah its def octaves. I think I have the solo mostly figured out, its mainly the little lead parts like in the pre-chorus that I'm having trouble figuring out. But if you get a chance I'd like to see if your tabs matches what I've got.

This is what i do for pre chorus. I didn't add the multiple strokes for each one. Timing's not exactly right either.
